Our Mission
Our mission is to help people to know God and live out God's promise of life in all its fullness.
We believe that God, through the Holy Spirit, plays a day-to-day role in our existence. Jesus made it clear that God can be known and is someone we can have a real relationship with. We think people come alive when they live out of Jesus's guidance, power and love on a daily basis.
We are a diverse, vibrant church set up to specifically serve New York City.
The idea that God is alive and active today influences how we conduct our Sunday services, worship, workshops and small groups. It also informs our views on key activities like getting guidance from God (we are all in a position to receive it) and healing (it happens!).
Fullness of life also comes through relationships and authentic community. Our small groups — groups made up of 8-15 people that meet during the week — are often the place where genuine community develops. Regular social events, and a vibrant Kids' Church and family ministry all create an atmosphere where people enjoy getting together.
We are a diverse, vibrant church set up to specifically serve New York City. We would rather be building a church here than anywhere else. This passion we have for our city means we are an outward-focused church that aspires to make God's amazing presence and love felt by all.
