COULD CHURCH INSPIRE deeper relationships in New York?
Life seems to work best when we stay connected in meaningful relationships! The bible contains several "one another" verses that encourage us to develop our spirituality within the context of community:
"...love one another... encourage one another...
...accept one another...pray for one another...
...bear one another's burdens...build up one another
...honor one another...be devoted to one another..."
Here at the River, we have found that getting involved in a Community Group can be a great way to develop friendships and to grow spiritually.
Upper West Side Women's Group
We will share dinner together, take a look at women in the bible & then have a time of discussion, sharing, and prayer.
